The Distribution System Operator of Cyprus has implemented changes regarding the requirements for small Photovoltaic (PV) systems up to 10.4 kW.
The changes are outlined in the DSO Information Bulletin No. 001/2024 (available only in Greek) and pertain to the following topics:
- Granting exemptions for the location of the PV remote control receiver.
- Limits on the installed capacity of the PV system (kWp) and inverter power (kVA).
- Amendments to the Technical Connection Guidelines (Grid Code Requirements) for RES Systems connected to the distribution system.
