Curtailed energy calculation
Following CERA's Regulatory Decision 189/2023, the DSO is obliged to submit to the Market Operator (MO) the monthly curtailed energy for each RES System connected to the Distribution grid. The monthly data of curtailed energy per RES System will be used for the application of the charge tolerance limit in case of non-compliance with the deviation of energy absorption from the absolute value of the net position of a RES Producer.
The calculation of the monthly curtailed energy per RES System is estimated based on a methodology designed by the DSO and approved by CERA. A detailed description of this methodology is provided in 
Annex A.
The monthly data of curtailed energy per RES System connected to the Distribution grid will be dispatched to the MO by the 14th of each month
