The Electricity Authority of Cyprus (“EAC”) invites applications for pre-qualification for provision of consultancy services in relation to: a) the selection of strategic partners for establishing with EAC, a Joint Venture (“JV”), that will be responsible for developing, financing, operating and managing the LNG terminal at Vasilikos; b)supporting and advising EAC, as a member of the Joint Venture, on financial, technical, commercial and legal matters during the development stage of the LNG Terminal; c)the conclusion of a Gas Sales Agreement (“GSA”) on behalf of EAC; For the submission of your quotation please complete, sign and return the schedule/schedules to EAC at the address indicated in the PQ Enquiry. It is clarified to all prospective Tenderers that it is their responsibility to be informed of any clarifications or amendments that may have been issued by EAC related to this RFQ. For this reason regular visits to EAC's website is advisable. Proposals are returnable to the Head Office of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus by 6 April 2009 at 12.00 hours local time.
