Directive 2012/18/ΕU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July 2012 on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, amending and subsequently repealing Council Directive 96/82/EC, requires that the operator (EAC – Vasilikos Power Station and Dhekelia Power Station) draw up Safety Reports.
Vasilikos Power Station did so in accordance with the above EU Directives in 2008 - 2009, and has been fully revised during 2019. Dhekelia Power Station did so in accordance with the above EU Directives in December 2020. Moni Power Station did so in accordance with the above EU Directives in December 2016.
